HSF Time (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of hsftime.com (the “Site”) to do the same. This page explains our policy for responding to claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Our Content

HSF Time publishes original reporting, scores, rankings, schedules, and commentary on high school football. Statistics and factual game results (scores, records, standings) are facts and not subject to copyright, but our written articles, recaps, rankings analysis, and original photography are protected by copyright law.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following, as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Counter-Notification

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts (for contributors or commenters) that are subject to repeat, valid infringement claims.

HSF Time’s coverage of high school football — scores, standings, schedules, and game recaps — is based on publicly available factual results. Where we reference or link to third-party sources (such as MaxPreps or team/school athletic sites), we do so for attribution and convenience to our readers, not to republish their proprietary content.
